Karachi: A quick mounting of the gold rates was witnessed on Tuesday in the Local Jewelers markets of the city with an increase of 86 and 100 rupees in per 10 gram and per Tola rates of Gold respectively.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Association, in Local Jewelers markets the rates of per 10 grams Gold raised to 49,500 rupees from the previous business rate of 49,414 rupees and the price of per Tola reaches to 57,750 rupees from the previous rate of 57, 650 rupees.
The hike in Gold prices will result in the increasing frustration of the majority of Pakistan. The Gold prices have reached the sky during the period of 4 years and now it seems impossible for an ordinary man to buy gold for his daughter or the female family members.
It is worth mentioning here that due to the huge increase in the gold rates and the current law and order situation in the country, Karachi in particular; women have taken keen interest in buying artificial Gold and Silver jewelries to fulfill their needs of wearing beautiful and look elegant.
