There are plenty of healthy fruits, vegetables, beans and dry fruits that we should eat. But there are some which we cannot miss. From among those these things should be in your must to eat list:
- Leafy Vegetables: If you are missing them then you are not taking the proper nutrients which are required by your body. Spinach, lettuce, broccoli and legumes, etc are rich source of vitamins, calcium and magnesium.
- Yoghurt: Plain yogurt is a good source for proteins, vitamins and calcium. Do not add sugar, rather eat it alone or with some fruits or vegetables.
- Berries: Like vegetables berries are rich in fiber and can help in losing your weight, because it makes you feel fill. It also contains antioxidants which are great for making your immune system stronger.
- Tomatoes: They are great source of vitamin C like oranges. Vitamins make your skin younger and also protect you from harmful rays.
- Nuts: Fresh nuts should be in your must to eat list because it’s a rich source of vitamin and proteins. They are good for your heart because they contain only good fats.
