Imran Khan Will Be Discharge from Hospital on 22nd May

Lahore: Tehreek e Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has started walking without any human support. According to media reports, PTI Chief will be free from Shaukat Khanum Hospital by tomorrow afternoon. Doctors told media that Imran’s Spinal cord injuries are healing. Doctors have cleared X-Ray reports of Imran Khan but he needs continuous Physiotherapy.

Earlier, Imran walked 300 meters within the premises of hospital. During this walk, Imran didn’t felt any back pain, doctors told. Spokesman of SKMH, Khawaja Nazir has confirmed that Imran Khan will be shifted to home on Wednesday.

Hospital Administration also told about spinal support jacked. Doctors have tested this special jacked on Imran Khan. This Jacket will help Imran to get early recovery. This special jacked was manufactured in supervision of Dr Khalid Niazi.

PTI’s Spokeswoman Shireen Mazari has also confirmed that Imran Khan will be moving home on 22 May.

Pakistan Cricket Team Kit For ICC Champions Trophy Unveiled

Pakistan cricket team new design kit for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2013 has been introduced. CA Sports is designer and supplier of Pakistan cricket team kit. The new designs look good and people are sharing image of new kit on social media websites. The kit for the ICC Champions Trophy has five stars in shirt.

ICC Champions Trophy 2013 will be held in England from 6th June till 23rd June. Pakistan will play its first match against West Indies on 7th June at The Oval, London. Green Shirts will face South Africa on 9th June at Edgbaston, Birmingham. Pakistan will meet arch-rivals India on 15th June at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

CA Sports are providers of Pakistan cricket team. Earlier it was AJ Sports in 2012 who provided Pakistan kit whereas in 2011 Cricket World Cup kit was provide by Boom Boom company.

Actors and Actress participated in Karachi NA-250 Re-polling

Karachi: Pakistani TV Artists passionately casted votes in NA-250 Karachi Re-Polling. These artists said that they are casting vote for positive change in Pakistan. Most of artists casted votes in early morning. Artists also said that if government took serious action on 11th may then there was no need for re-polling. They also argued that 11th May General Election had better held in presence of Army and rangers.

Famous Celebrities who casted vote in Re-Polling:

Abid Ali, Seema Ghazal, Atiqa Odho, Hamayun Saeed, Samina Humayun, Misbah Khalid, Model Nadia Hussain, Khalid Anum, Rahat Kazmi and Sarwat Gillani casted votes on 19th May re-polling.

Actress Sarwat Gillani couldn’t cast vote. When she reached D.A Degree College, she surprised to see that this polling station was only for men. She said that some culprits don’t want change in our country. We want enlightened Pakistan, Sarwat told media. Famous Female Model Nazia Hussain expressed joy on peaceful election. I have never seen such an easy election in past, Nazia told. Actor Rahat Kazmi reached polling station at 8 am.

It’s pertinent to mention here that according to unofficial result, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf has won from NA-250 after re-polling. PTI also won 2 provincial assemblies seats PS-112 and PS-113 in this re-polling.

Pepsi ICC Champaions Trophy New AD Features Junaid, Irfan, Misbah, Ajmal

A new Pepsi Television Commercial (TVC) is out and it will be aired from now on Pakistani channels. The Pepsi TVC is made in accordance with ICC Champions Trophy 2013 which will be held in England from 6th June, 2013.

In this Pepsi TVC Pakistan fast bowler Junaid Khan and world tallest bowler Mohammad Irfan are in the spot light. Whereas Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-haq and off-spinner Saeed Ajmal are also in the TVC. Pakistan coach Dav Whatmore is also in the the 1 minute Television Commercial. Creative Agency of this new TVC is Walter whereas Media Agency is Mindshare (GroupM).

The TVC is shared on Facebook by different pages and is also liked by many people. Before every big cricket tournament/series Pepsi launches TVC in which Pakistan cricketers are present. In almost all of those TVC star cricketer Shahid Afridi is also present but this time around Boom Boom Afridi is not in the team therefore he is also not in the new Pepse TVC.

Nawaz League Decides to Remove Ishrat ul Ebad

Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz Leadership has decided to replace all governors in provinces. PML-N will replace Ishrat ul Ebad with senior PML-N leader. After getting simple majority in National Assembly, PML-N will change all governors. PPP’s governor Punjab Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood has already resigned while governor Sindh may also resign.

Pakistan Peoples Party and Muttahida Qaumi movement will be strongest parties in Sindh assemblies. Therefore Nawaz League is looking to appoint senior party leader who can give tough time to opponents. Mamnoon Hussain is one of strongest candidates for Governor Sindh Post, a web-portal claimed.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra can take charge as Governor. Abdul Qadir Baloch is strong candidate for Governor Balochistan post.

It’s worth mentioning here that Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan is longest serving governor of Sindh. He was appointed as governor Sindh in December in Muslim League-Quaid Government.

Power Breakdown in Industrial Sector Karachi

Despite of KESC claims of 8 hours load shedding in industrial area last month, small and medium scale industrialists in North Karachi Industrial & Federal B. Area are witnessing extreme power breakdown that ranges from 12 to 16 hours from last one month. Before the announcement that was made in April 2013, industries were witnessing 8 hours load shedding and after that the situation has worsened.

Industrial sector is most revenue generating sector of any country, but it is very shameful that K.E.S.C has announced 8 hours load shedding and more threatening issue is that actual electricity breakdown is even double.

I urge the concern authorities to rescue the failed situation where industries are on the brink of destruction. K.E.S.C must take appropriate actions in order to minimize power breakdown particularly in the industrial zone.
