When thinking about technology, Pakistan is not one of the countries that jumps into mind. most of the technology innovations we here of come from the developed countries and super powers. But Pakistan has its share of brilliant minds and technology success stories. Farazal Dojki is one of those persons.
Farzal Dojki is the founder and CEO of Next Generation Innovations (Next GenI) and the co founder of Dot Zero which is Pakistan’s first co-working space and the largest co-working space in Karachi. Farzal Dojki holds a double bachelors degree from UT Austin in the fields of Economics and Computer Science. He has also completed Masters from New York University and was selected for an Eisenhower Fellowship, one maong only 40-50 fellows from more than 20 countries.
Farzal however did not just settle on his laurels but set out to make a differenc in his country. His project Dot Zero is an open facility for people related to any profession to work, hold meetings or display their products. Co working spaces are ideal places for fresh startups, who cannot afford their own offices, to launch their operations, create ideas and increase their networks. Farazal Dojki’s success has also inspired many other such co-work spaces in many other cities of Pakistan.
