Federal Government decides to increase Electricity, Fuel and Sui Gas charges from first Ramzan. Government hasn’t announced these updated rates but different sources confirm this hike in rates. Petrol rates may increase by at least 50 paisa per liter. Government is also going to remove Exceptions for those electricity users who use electric below 50 units.

Sui Gas will be increased almost 40 rupees per mmbtu. Critics take this upcoming decision as gift for Pakistani Nation for Ramzan.
