There is a village in Haveli District of Azad Kashmir which is considered to be the most literate village in whole Pakistan, where at least one member from each family have completed Masters or is currently doing his MPhil.
Jabbi Sedha is a small village which lies near Indian Border and is the most educated village in Pakistan but it lacks the basic education facilities. The school infrastructure is in a devastating condition, for college children have to go in other areas.
According to Alif AIlan 2015 report District Haveli ranked 17th in whole Pakistan in terms of education but ranked 146 out of 148 in terms of infrastructure and facilities. This shows how the government has ignored the basic requirements of the area.
Students from these villages have to walk for hours to reach their high school or college, for university they have to travel to other cities and districts. For job they have to leave the state and travel to other cities in Punjab.
