So if you are thinking to be healthy then follow these steps to lose weight and look beautiful:
- Drink two cups of Green Tea each day, one in breakfast one late,r preferably at evening.
- Say no to any type of soft drink, even if it claims to be zero calories or a diet drink.
- Increase your intake of vegetables except potatoes.
- Eat dinner early and walk for 15 minutes at least after eating your dinner.
- Calculate your calorie intake and reduce it on daily bases.
- Eat only good fat, such as olive oil and fish.
- Avoid dairy products if possible, or try to minimize it.
- Never eat any product without checking its label. Avoid chips, cookies, cakes, etc completely.
