Never use smartphone, laptop or computer before going on bed because these thing affects your brain and you may not feel sleepy. Also note that to sleep early you need to relax your brain, the best thing to do so is reading a book on bed time.
Remember that on average every human being need 6 hours of sleep to remain fit and healthy, so don’t compromise on these 6 hours.
