If you want to lose weight then your first priority should be eating less calories, your second priority should be burning the fat which is in your body. These two things should be done in a way that you intake all required nutrients without taking extra calories.
To control your calories you have to change your diet. Remove cold drinks, cakes, biscuits, junk foods, chicken from your diet and add salad, vegetables, fruits into your list.
Eat vegetables & fruits such as cucumber, water melon and carrots. These things make you full while in reality you will be eating far less calories than before.
Also start exercising daily to lose fat, you should at least walk for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after dinner. Start cycling, swimming, jogging or any other physical activity other than the 30 minutes walk.
