Dale Steyn Felt Guilty on Making Fun of Mohammad Hafeez

Dubai: South African fast bowler Dale Steyn has said that he is guilty of making fun of the Pakistani captain, Muhammad Hafeez. The bowler had laughed to make fun of Hafeez who could not maintain to face the African player bowling capacity. Without scoring any of the run, Hafeez went back to the pavilion.

In one of his statement, Steyn said that what I did with Hafeez in 1st T20 match was a silly thing by me.’ I myself don’t know why I did such a thing’, said the player.  Accepting his mistake, Steyn said,’ I should not have laughed that way. I feel ashamed for what happened on the field’.

It is pertinent here to mention that the first T20 match held between Pakistan and South Africa once again resulted in defeat of the green shirt players. Hafeez, the captain was bowled by the SA bowler without giving him chance to score any run.

On such a display of performance, Dale could not control his laugh. After the green team captain got knocked out, Steyn tried to hide his laughter under his hand that covered his face.
