SANA’A: bombardment started again in Yemen after five-day ceasefire. According to details, the five-day ceasefire in Yemen ended on Sunday night and Saudi Arabia along with Arab alliance restarted bombardment at the hideouts of Houthi rebels.
According to a foreign news agency, Saudi Arabia restarted aerial strike in Yemen as five-day ceasefire ended whereas the fresh bombardment was made in Al Arish and Al Solaban. The Houthis’ hideouts were targeted there and no casualties were reported till the filing of the news.
On the other hand, humanitarian and rehabilitation organizations stayed alert after the end of the ceasefire and started to deal with the issue being faced during the war. According to UNICEF, in spite of bombardment and fierce fighting in the country, medical aid is being provided continuously.
It is pertinent to mention here that the government of Saudi Arabia made five-day ceasefire offer and stopped strikes in Yemen against Houthi tribes whereas the offer was implemented from 12th of May, 2015 and the duration of the ceasefire ended on Sunday night.
