Dhaka: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has refused the Pakistan tour which was schedule for January 2013. Chief of BCB Nazmul Hassan said that the Pakistan tour has turn down because of security reasons. During addressing a press conference in Dhaka, he said that they were not satisfied with the security issues, he also said it is not the right time to visit Pakistan in these critical circumstances.
BCB have sent the letter in which they inform the PCB about their stance about cancelling the tour of Pakistan. BCB said they will contact when the security condition get better in Pakistan. In reply, Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Zaka Ashraf said that he did not expect from BCB that they turn down the tour at very last moment.
Talking to media, he added that PCB had supported the BCB in every aspect, but it was not right move of BCB to postpone the series. Ashraf said BCB officials had visited before tour and they would satisfy with the security position of Pakistan.
