If you are having excess gas which makes it uncomfortable for you then you should consider to change your diet. If you are drinking fizzy drinks which contain carbon dioxide bubbles then you should avoid it.
You should also avoid some vegetables with high amount of carbohydrates such as:
- Cabbage
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Onions
- Corn
Smoking, sugar-free products, spices or spicy food should also be avoided. Some people are intolerant to lactose they should avoid Dairy products. You should avoid Dairy products for one week and observe your bowel condition to know whether you are intolerant to lactose or not.
