Karachi: A Qawwali night will be organized at the Royal Rodale Club on 14th March with Amjad Sabri as the main attraction. This is a charity event which has been organized by Rahnuma Schooling project and SWAT School Project for a noble cause. The show will start at 9PM and end at 12AM.
The event will be celebrated with the mesmerizing voice of Amjad Sabri, who is considered as one of the greatest Qawwal’s of this era. Tickets will be made available soon. Events like these are a necessity of the society to highlight the pressing matters gripping the nation.
SWAT is a student based organization that works for the benefit of the underprivileged people of Karachi and strives to make education reachable for all the sects of the society as their basic right. They are currently running a School project for underprivileged children at Creek High School. Rahnuma is also student based organization of Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture which is funding a weekly school that educates the children of IVSAA support staff and Shirin Jinnah colony.
