Yemen is facing world’s largest hunger crisis after drought like situation in which more than 17 million people are suffering from famine, revealed United Nations (UN).
In each 10 minutes a children under 5 dies in Yemen mostly because of malnourishment. Each day on average 50 children are dying which can be prevented by providing aid.

Yemen is considered one of the poorest countries in the region, the war after which Houthi rebels took over the capital worsened the situation. Because of the war the small industries have been closed, even people cannot go for fishing fearing for their lives. Iran is supporting the rebels while Saudi Arabia is helping the ex-government to retake the city.
The UN Chief Antonio Guterres held an aid conference in Geneva and appealed for funds where countries pledged for $1.1 billion.
All people are suffering from feminine but the most vulnerable victims are the infants , disable and old aged people.
