Lahore: Local police have arrested as many as 25 unidentified men in a search operation from Rang Mahal on Wednesday, police officials informed. According to the police, the arrested men were unable to prove their identification when the security personnel raid the spot and chained them.

The police say that the search operation was carried out on intelligence reports. The reports informed that several suspected men inhabited in the area.

However, the actual reasons behind the raid and arrest are yet to be disclosed. The investigations are underway to unearth the identification of these persons. Police have refused to tell further about the detained men.
